Native Apple apps
SwiftUI apps for iPhone, iPad, native macOS, and Apple TV when the product benefits from a television experience.
Two phases · One PocketCloud foundation · Your code, your accounts
For $1,000, Clever Coding turns a well-defined idea into a working prototype on the PocketCloud platform in about a week. The full project is $10,000 in three payments: $1,000 for the prototype, $4,000 to onboard into the build, and $5,000 on delivery.
Most well-defined prototypes are delivered in about one week. The clock starts when your inputs — product concept, brand direction, and content — are complete, not at payment.
Phase 1 · $1,000 · about one week
Paid in full at signing. Capped work: one product concept, one primary journey, one brand direction, and your inputs on the agreed schedule. Anything larger is a written quote before work starts.
Built on the PocketCloud libraries and installable and shareable on every platform that passes our delivery gate for your build — TestFlight or ad-hoc for Apple, a hosted URL for web, signed installers for desktop. A real install path, not a screen recording. It is a prototype: it demonstrates your product’s primary journey, and it is not production-hardened, store-published, or covered by an availability commitment.
Perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, with unlimited seats inside your organization. It survives the end of any engagement and is not revoked if you decline Phase 2.
Access to PocketCloud releases published while the product is published. Upgrades are not a support contract, an SLA, or a roadmap commitment that a specific feature will exist.
Read access under confidentiality. It does not convey ownership of PocketCloud, or the right to redistribute, resell, or publish a competing derivative of the platform.
You own the code written for you in that repository, including on offboarding. PocketCloud itself remains Clever Coding’s, licensed to you under the terms above.
The full license terms are published before you buy them — read the PocketCloud client license and repository access terms.
Phase 2 · $9,000 · payments 2 and 3 of $10,000
Purchased after Phase 1, once you have seen real work rather than a proposal. Most well-defined standard projects reach their agreed delivery milestone in about four weeks after Phase 2 kickoff. Complex products, delayed inputs, third-party approvals, and expanded scope can take longer.
The delivery method below — how the work is scoped, built, reviewed, and shipped, applied to your product from day one.
Procured, configured, and operated by Clever Coding, dedicated to you alone — not a shared agency machine. Clever Coding retains title to the hardware; you may purchase it under a written quote.
Set up in your legal identity, on your billing, with your recovery and multi-factor methods. We configure project access using least privilege.
Help enrolling and configuring the Apple Developer Program, Google Play Console, and the other third-party accounts your product needs. Enrollments are made in your name; no third party’s acceptance, verification timeline, or fee can be guaranteed.
The agreed surfaces built out from the prototype, verified against the delivery gate, and taken to launch.
Tools kept operational, node health, storage, backups, credential hygiene, continued project automation, and a clean handoff at the end of the included period.
The method
The Clever Coding Way is the delivery method Phase 2 onboards you into — not a slogan.
It is the set of principles distilled from running Clever Coding since 2008 across hundreds of projects, iterated through shipped products such as the starter app and the emergency app. Both were built as shared libraries customized per client, which is the same architecture PocketCloud now generalizes. On top of that sits 26 years of work in education, enterprise, and VC-backed startups.
Why these prices work
PocketCloud runs inference, knowledge, indexing, and the development loop on your own node. Cloud providers are a routing option, not the substrate — so delivery cost does not scale with token spend, and ordinary standard-tier provider accounts are enough. That is how Clever Coding develops PocketCloud itself.
It is also why the node continues at a flat $1,000/month rather than a bill that grows with use. Your recurring AI cost stays yours, on your own accounts. What it comes to depends on your plans, models, and volume, so we will not quote you someone else’s number.
The deliverable
The same models, core services, components, design tokens, APIs, and tests power each agreed surface. Thin platform adapters keep the experience native where it matters.
SwiftUI apps for iPhone, iPad, native macOS, and Apple TV when the product benefits from a television experience.
A responsive web product plus authenticated administration and operations appropriate to your workflow.
Installable hybrid desktop shells for macOS, Windows, and Linux, backed by the same PocketCloud platform.
An Android package that reuses the compatible web/hybrid product surface. Android is included in the offer; the target ships by 2026-08-25 and is dated in your statement of work until it passes the device-verification gate.
A production marketing site connected to lead capture, attribution, SEO/GEO experiments, and PocketBusiness.
Client-owned StoreKit In-App Purchase and Stripe foundations using the shared catalog and entitlement architecture.
Your statement of work identifies launch-certified surfaces and buildable foundations. Apple TV is included when the product has a meaningful TV use case. Android is included with a committed ship date of 2026-08-25; until it passes the device-verification gate it is dated in your statement of work rather than assumed.
Your dedicated PocketCloud node
You provide one project-only email and retain control of its recovery, MFA, identity, and billing. Clever Coding configures the Mac mini, PocketCloud CLI, development tools, and least-privilege provider access.
Clever Coding owns the Mac mini and dedicates it to your project for the engagement; you may purchase it under a written quote. What makes that safe is that the node is where the work runs, not where it lives: your repositories, configuration, provider relationships, exportable history, and PocketCloud knowledge layer are portable to your team, and every project artifact rebuilds on your own hardware from your own repository. At offboarding we rotate delegated credentials, hand over the repositories, recovery material, project data, and an account inventory, and wipe the node.
The appropriate client-owned subscription and API project.
ChatGPT/Codex access and the separately billed OpenAI API project when needed.
The appropriate client-owned Claude plan and API organization.
A client-owned organization or workspace with project keys, budgets, and routing controls.
PocketBusiness · PocketCloud sample app
Clever Coding is PocketCloud’s Customer Zero → One. Its real domains, traffic, repositories, leads, deployments, and business operations exercise the platform; PocketBusiness is the reference sample app and cockpit that makes those systems visible.
That cockpit brings together sites, processes, analytics, experiments, products, leads, databases, AI artifacts, deployments, and node health.
After launch
We keep the node, approved workflows, tools, storage, backups, and project automation moving for the first 90 calendar days after the node is ready.
Operate on your own hardware under your lifetime license, or purchase the node under a written quote. Either way you keep the repositories, project code, accounts, credentials, data, and documented inventory, and we rotate our delegated access out.
$1,000/month for continued month-to-month management, plus client-paid subscriptions, API usage, hosting, and approved pass-through costs. Support hours, backups, incident response, and termination terms live in the service agreement.
Join the PocketCloud Renegades
From Phase 1 onward you are welcomed into the early PocketCloud customer and contributor community as a Renegade. What that includes: Recognition, private community access, product feedback sessions, and an invitation into future governance-design conversations.
It marks that you joined at this level. It conveys no equity, revenue share, profit participation, voting right, redemption right, discount, governance allocation, or claim on PocketCloud or Clever Coding.
It is not a gate on membership, your license, repository access, or any part of delivery. Say no and the rest of the offer is unchanged, at the same price.
Clever Coding mints these manually on OpenSea in periodic batches, so yours arrives some time after your project starts rather than at checkout. It is a keepsake we make for you, not an automated part of the product, and nothing in your delivery waits on it.
The chain and collection, who mints and who custodies, whether a wallet is required and what happens if you want none, when the next batch runs, and that artwork and metadata may live on infrastructure neither of us controls forever.
It is treated like any other secret: never in source control, screenshots, analytics, or marketing. Network and minting fees are paid directly by you, like other third-party charges.
Joining does not currently include equity, tokens as an investment, securities, profit rights, voting rights, redemption rights, discount entitlements, or ownership of PocketCloud.org. Any future DAO or economic rights require separate legal and governance documents.
When we started looking at an iTunes App we didn't know where to go. Clever Coding not only made every need come true, but did it at a very fair price. We have had lots of business from our App due to the great design.
Choosing Clever Coding was the best decision we could have made. They were easy to work with and more than capable of handling complicated code and algorithms. We were so pleased with their work that we hired them to create our Android app as well.
We had a great experience working with Clever Coding during the creation of the BYU Cougars mobile app. The team was extremely skilled, innovative and very easy to work with. From conceptual design through launch, our experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Clever Coding.
The project is $10,000, billed in three payments: $1,000 for the prototype at signing, $4,000 to onboard into the full project, and $5,000 on delivery of the agreed scope. The prototype stands alone — you can stop after it and keep everything it includes. $10,000 is the price of this project for a qualified scope, not an unconditional maximum for every possible project; work outside the agreed scope requires a written scope and price change before it begins.
Yes. Phase 1 stands alone and is the entry point. You keep the prototype, the private repository, your project code, the lifetime license, and repository access whether or not you continue. Phase 2 requires a completed Phase 1.
Most well-defined prototypes are delivered in about one week. The clock starts when your inputs — product concept, brand direction, and content — are complete, not at payment. It is a target, not a guarantee. Phase 1 is capped work: one product concept, one primary journey, one brand direction. Anything larger gets a written quote before work starts.
Clever Coding does. The node is provided for your dedicated use during the engagement and is not shared with other clients, but title stays with us. You may purchase it under a written quote. Ending the engagement costs you nothing that matters: repositories, project code, accounts, credentials, data, and your lifetime license all stay yours, and every project artifact is reproducible on your own hardware from your own repository.
A perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the PocketCloud libraries in your own products, with unlimited seats inside your organization, plus releases published while PocketCloud is published. Repository access is read access under confidentiality. It is not a support contract or an SLA, and it does not convey ownership of PocketCloud or the right to redistribute, resell, or publish a competing derivative. It terminates only for breach of its confidentiality or redistribution terms.
It is a keepsake marking that you joined the PocketCloud Renegades at this level, and you do not have to take it. We mint these by hand on OpenSea in periodic batches, so yours arrives some time after your project starts rather than at checkout — nothing in your delivery waits on it. It conveys no equity, revenue share, profit rights, voting rights, redemption rights, discounts, or governance allocation. It is not an investment, is not sold separately, and is never the reason to buy — it is included in the phase fee and that is all it is. Declining it changes nothing else in the offer and costs you nothing.
No. Provider subscriptions, API projects, billing, and plan names are separate where each provider defines them that way. We configure the appropriate client-owned products and document the account inventory at handoff.
Not necessarily. Provider data use depends on the selected plan, settings, and current provider terms. The durable project continuity comes from your client-owned accounts, repositories, configuration, exportable history, and PocketCloud knowledge layer — which runs on your node.
Your statement of work identifies which surfaces are launch-certified and which are delivered as buildable foundations. We advertise a platform only after its build, packaging, core workflow, and device verification are green, or with a dated commitment we own — Android is committed for 2026-08-25. Store publication is included only when named in scope, and third-party acceptance is never guaranteed.
You can continue managed-node service month to month at $1,000 per month plus your own third-party costs, purchase the node under a written quote and operate it directly, or end the engagement and continue on your own hardware under your lifetime license, taking your repositories, accounts, credentials, and data with you.
Recognition, private community access, product feedback sessions, and an invitation into future governance-design conversations. Joining does not currently include equity, tokens as an investment, securities, profit rights, voting rights, redemption rights, discount entitlements, or ownership of PocketCloud.org. Any future DAO or economic rights require separate legal and governance documents.
